Welcome to the world of food economics, where the price is low, the quantity is high, and everybody eats well. My first goal is to create fantastic meals using the cheapest, freshest, local, and in season ingredients. While trying to maintain healthy and sustainable practices in the kitchen, I will also include marginal cost information to prove that you can eat well, even when you have a budget constraint. Best of all, there are ALWAYS gains from trading!
